HALF DAY WORKSHOPS

“Creative Repair” – exploring the importance of the creative arts in sustaining those in caring roles.  This will be led by Revd Anne Holmes (Anne is a very experienced group analyst, counsellor and Anglican priest).  Please download more Details and the Booking Form.

 

Saturday 19th March 2011 9am – 1pm at Headington Baptist Church

 

“Mind the Gap” – Firing the connections between neuroscience and psychology, and exploring the part of mindfulness in healing.  This will be led by Sally Clark MBACP Sally is a Senior Accredited Counsellor.  The workshop will set out to explain the anatomy and physiology of the brain in relation to psychological responses.  It will provide a working model (Modulation Model) to use when working with people in distress.  It will also explore the idea of mindfulness and its effect on the brain and the body.
